Ratti and OMM welcome visitors from across the world to the Ratti Luino booth A107/Hall 1.
Ratti Luino S.r.l. is proud to announce that will attend at ITMA 2011 in Barcelona- Spain, where is planned to show two new machines models:
R441STR: machine designed for continuous twisting & stabilizing of polyamide and polyester stretch yarn, with winding on very soft cheese and muff packages for direct dyeing.
The redesigned "up and down" yarn path, a renewed electronic controlling system, makes of this machine the best choice for all those customers that want to be always " a step ahead of the competitors"!

R353: new Ratti machine for single or double covering process of elastic yarn (spandex or rubber). The increased number of spindles (32 per each section) mounted onto a "swinging arm" system to facilitate and safeguard the starting and stopping operation, the "straight type" yarn path developed to reduce the number of friction points of the yarn, make of this machine the technologically best one on the market.
The machine R353 in Itma will be equipped with a new "Wi Fi removable control panel" that allows to control the machines performances, set all the working parameters, share all the setting parameters, with the big advantage of having only one control panel for groups of similar machines.

OMM covering machines line, suitable for processing elastic yarns (elastane/spandex), rubber and rigid yarns too.
Covering machines suitable for processing yarns in “single and double covering”, equipped with a wide variety of hollow spindles suitable to use flanged bobbins of different dimensions and weights.
Covering machines manufactured in mechanical, mechanical/electronic and full electronic version, capable to produce bobbins for direct use in the next knitting process without rewinding operation, thanks to a sophisticated cam box and TO the individual tapering device adaptable on to all OMM models, device that guarantee perfect bobbins shape on both random or doffing working process.

The TR 441 - STR has been designed for continuous twisting and stabilizing for Polyamide and Polyester textured yarns from a single heater (stretch-elasticized) with soft take up ready for dye process (muff or soft bobbin)
The particular downward yarn path on the heater (Ratti technology) give the possibility to achieve high percentage of yarn relaxation, crimp and soft take-up.
Our Textile Laboratory is completely at Customer disposal for any technological running test.
