Laser system for the measurement of the yarn bobbins density

The LCDS gives, quickly, these measurements: weight, volume, density and diameter of a yarn bobbin and avoid to leave to the operatore the decision on the quality of the bobbins and make the analysis obiective.

The importance of the density measurement of the yarn bobbins, before the dyeing process, allows to optimize the entire productive process reducing to the minimum the discards.

The TR 441 - STR has been designed for continuous twisting and stabilizing for Polyamide and Polyester textured yarns from a single heater (stretch-elasticized) with soft take up ready for dye process (muff or soft bobbin)
The particular downward yarn path on the heater (Ratti technology) give the possibility to achieve high percentage of yarn relaxation, crimp and soft take-up.
